Gustav Goosen is the CEO of The SpaceStation, South Africa’s leading digital media sales company.
A stalwart in South Africa’s burgeoning digital industry, he is also IAB South Africa’s Head of Research, having operated in that capacity since 2012. He previously served on the DMMA Exco of 2011 and was responsible for the portfolio of Monitoring.
Adriaan, is an award-winning investigative journalist with 13 years experience at Beeld, City Press and the Mail & Guardian. He is a recipient of the CNN African Journalist of the Year award for news, the Standard Bank Sikuvile Journalist of the Year award, and the Taco Kuiper award for investigative journalism. In April 2016 Adriaan was appointed editor of News24 where he oversees News24’s national team of journalists and multimedia content producers.
Over the span of ten years Cathryn Reece has undertaken roles and responsibilities at 24.com spanning the disciplines of Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Intelligence, Content Strategy, Social Media Management, Community Management and Content Production.
She has a passion for Digital Publishing, Content Strategy and Product Development and Design.
Willem started his career at Media24 in print sales and went on to become Online Sales Manager for the Women360 division. After 5 years with Media24 he moved to the advertising industry and became Managing Director for Isobar South Africa. He then moved to JWT Cape Town where he assumed the position of Managing Partner.
Willem has been back with Media24 since January 2015 and is now the Digital Publisher for the Lifestyle division.
Myles is the Head of the newly established Brand Studio @ 24.com - the native content solutions team. The team looks to grow partnerships with brands, helping them conceptualise, create and execute fully integrated content and marketing solutions across the publishing portfolio, which includes News24, Fin24, Sport24 and its Lifestyle channels.
His experience has seen him work with some of the largest local and international digital publishers, including Facebook, LinkedIn & BBC.com as well as the 24.com network.
